Returns & Exchanges

We take great care to ensure our products meet your high expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like an exchange or refund, please return the item to our shop based in Scarborough, please ensure you include your name and address within the package. Please ensure it is returned to us in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. If an exchange is required, then in the first instance please email us with your requirements, we will then be happy to exchange your item once we have received the original item back.

Please note bespoke jewellery or items made to a specific size or pattern are exempt from our returns policy. We will however be happy to alter your purchase ( an example would be ring size). This service may be chargeable, please speak to one of our staff in the first instance.
